Huber Heights City Council on Dec. 8, 2025 approved a package of administrative and land-use items including a 12-month moratorium on new gas stations, car washes and oil-change businesses, an annexation agreement and boundary-conforming petition with Bethel Township, budget appropriations and equipment leasing, and a donation agreement to extend Charles Gate Road; the meeting included ceremonial items and a swearing-in.
