The Wheeler Planning Commission met Oct. 2 to hold a public hearing and approve a lot-line adjustment/variance affecting two adjacent properties at 67 Spruce Street and 61st Street; staff recommended approval and the commission approved a revised boundary shown by the applicant. The body also scheduled a joint workshop with city council on a proposed waterfront overlay.
