The Town of Northborough Planning Board met remotely on Nov. 18, 2025. The board approved a scenic-road driveway opening at 0 Newton Street with conditional limits; considered a preliminary 3-lot subdivision at 0 Howard Street and asked for revisions; and held a joint discussion with the Zoning Board of Appeals on multiple proposed zoning bylaw updates including an open-space residential design overhaul, assembly-hall definitions, valet/satellite parking rules, and donation-bin/storage-container regulation. Several public comments focused on stormwater, septic and neighborhood aesthetics.
