The Dinwiddie County Planning Commission held its regular January 14, 2026 meeting. Commissioners elected a chair and vice chair, approved routine minutes and bylaws, and during a public hearing asked Capek Properties to return with a revised landscaping/site plan showing the required 10% tree/vegetative cover rather than approving a reduced 25-foot side buffer as submitted.
