The Baldwin City Council approved an electrical delivery point facilities agreement to move a metering point, approved plans to advertise and bid a US 56 pedestrian crossing and sidewalk project (funded in part by KDOT), received committee and public works updates, voted to enter executive session to discuss non-elected personnel, and adjourned.
