Moore County Board of Commissioners met Nov. 18, 2025. The board set public hearings for multiple Unified Development Ordinance amendments, called a quasi-judicial hearing for the proposed Hollygrove Pines subdivision, approved two road names, authorized purchase of four parcels adjacent to the county sports complex for $85,000, reappointed a JCPC member and honored outgoing planning director Deborah Ensminger.
