Council approved an annexation and several development- and court-related ordinances, approved a reimbursement agreement for the Bromley Farm subdivision, granted impact-fee reductions for a 46-unit senior affordable housing project, and adopted fee waivers to encourage accessory dwelling units. A proposed private-property camping ban drew extended debate and was pulled for revision.
