At its July 7, 2025 Exeter City Council meeting, the council approved several routine items including an intergovernmental agreement for a Greenway Trail in Inkster, a sewer reconstruction contract, an event permit for the Inktown Riders bike show and a 40-year payment-in-lieu-of-taxes pilot for two affordable housing developments; residents used public comment to announce local events and raise concerns about school yard signs and housing conditions.
