Mill Valley City Council on Jan. 20 approved an energy-services contract to convert city facilities to LED lighting, adopted an updated safety and hazards element for the Mill Valley 2040 general plan, and heard presentations on a new Heritage Home Plaque program. Council also heard a public safety complaint about leaning power lines and staff said they are coordinating with PG&E and consultants.
