Emery County Commission (June 17, 2025) handled routine consent items, heard presentations from local youth teams and the county fire warden about the 2025 fire season and WUI code implications, approved several grants and contracts, adopted 2025 tax rates, approved a transient room tax increase to 4.5% to qualify for a mitigation fund, and approved transitioning county investments from Zions to Raymond James.
