At its Feb. 18 meeting, the Duchesne County Library Board approved November minutes as amended, accepted several community donations, set plans for a Duchesne branch open house in April, reviewed circulation statistics, and held an extended discussion about verifying patrons' identities for checkouts and whether non-county business owners should receive full digital access.
