The House Appropriations & Finance Committee heard presentations from the New Mexico Finance Authority on its programs, strategic planning and legislative requests (including a PPRF transfer and new capital funds). The committee then began review of public school support budget options, focusing attention on virtual schooling enrollment, out-of-school-time funding and implementation/accountability for recent investments.
