Woodinville City Council held its Nov. 4 meeting. Council heard a presentation from the Sound Cities Association, approved a professional services agreement with Berger Partnership for phase 1 of the Eastrail framework plan, adopted several budget and staff-position ordinances, extended interim inclusionary zoning, and amended school impact fees after debate about impacts on housing affordability.
