Planning Commission held a public hearing on a proposed zoning text amendment to redefine and change the number of billboards in Inkster, recommended revising the definition but not increasing the permitted number, tabled a site-plan for a Reynolds Avenue manufacturing facility, and kicked off a comprehensive zoning-ordinance update with community-focused redevelopment, middle-housing and green-infrastructure priorities.
