A Senate committee in Richmond heard and moved multiple health, insurance, consumer-protection and utility-related bills, including measures on cryptocurrency kiosks, AI use by insurers, prior authorization reform, PBM and drug-pricing proposals and several insurance and housing-related consumer protections. Several bills were reported out or referred to Finance; others were PBI'd or set for further work.
