Subcommittee heard six tax-related bills including sales-tax exemptions for baby products (SB187), an overtime income subtraction (SB143), a fix for double taxation on incentive stock options (SB211), extension of standard deduction and refundable EITC (SB7), grocery tax repeal (SB9), and a braille-labeling tax credit substitute (SB96). Most measures were carried over; SB96’s committee substitute was adopted and will be reported.
