Pacifica City Council met for a regular session that included a library annual report from San Mateo County Libraries, public comment on short-term rentals and transparency, and an extended study-session presentation and council discussion on implementing the certified Local Coastal Land Use Plan including shoreline adaptation planning, community engagement and formation of an ad hoc committee to guide an RFP.
