Angels Camp City Council met Sept. 16, 2025. Council accepted City Administrator Pam Koronekan’s resignation, introduced a motion to appoint Steve Williams as interim administrator, heard staff reports on water billing and a pavement management plan (both adopted), approved several ordinance updates and budget resolutions including a $25,000 special-events support allocation and creation of a dedicated Utica Park fund, and authorized a $7,900 grant-application contract to study remediation options for the Raspberry properties.
