The Holly Springs Tree Commission met Nov. 18, 2025, set a dedication ceremony for a recently planted tree at JB Owens Park for Nov. 26 at 2:30 p.m., approved purchases for 57 screening trees and 12 storm-pond trees totaling $3,003.25, approved a memorial tree for the late Captain Helio Garcia with a $500 cap, accepted minutes and the treasurer's report, and adjourned.
