Havre de Grace mayor and city council met Oct. 21, 2024, and approved multiple ordinances and resolutions including agreements for a Todd Park food forest, a Hutchins Park composting program, zoning changes on group housing/accessory units, a five-year lease in a city right-of-way, and several license agreements; council also set legislative priorities, approved the Veterans Day parade route change and heard a progress report on hazard mitigation and stormwater projects.
