Havre de Grace City Council held a Sept. 16, 2024 meeting that included a public hearing on a $200,000 Maryland CDBG application for home repairs and weatherization, public comments about a dangerous Chapel Road intersection and stormwater maintenance, presentations on a proposed 5-acre park in the Legacies subdivision, Green Team food-forest/composting agreements, several budget ordinances and reappointments, and a number of adopted calendar resolutions and ordinances.
