The City of Scranton Zoning Hearing Board heard applications for variances and special exceptions including multiple requests to convert properties to additional residential units, a garage expansion, new single-family homes on undersized lots, a pole barn request, and a change-of-use to a convenience store; the board issued several denials and approvals and continued one case to next month.
