Historic Preservation Board recommended that the Board of Adjustment allow the owner of 702 Passagrille Way to retain (but not expand without additional review) an existing curb cut from Passagrille Way, with conditions including a landscape buffer or fence, forfeiture of on-street parking passes while driveway access exists, a right-turn-only egress sign and historic design review prior to site-plan approval.
