Deep Creek Watershed Board of Zoning Appeals met in September 2024 to hear two special-exception applications: SC509 (Cheryl Del Prado — bed-and-breakfast at 29 Glen Meadow Road) featuring extensive neighbor testimony over HOA rules, notice placement and prior short-term advertising; and SC510 (Amerco/U-Haul — truck/trailer rentals at Garrett Highway & Glendale Road), which the board approved. The board approved several prior items and discussed conditions for SC509 (screening, lighting, noise, parking compliance).
