Monterey County Planning Commission held a regular meeting covering land-use approvals, a continuance request, an amendment and extension for the Salinas 101 project, and preliminary consideration of two general-plan amendments including a proposal to create a special‑treatment area to allow outdoor cannabis cultivation on a King City property. Two development permits were approved and one item was continued to February 11.
