Planning commissioners heard a multi-hour presentation and public hearing on a proposed 246-unit Lampson Avenue neighborhood (including 77 affordable units) and on the draft EIR; commissioners continued the item to the next regular meeting after asking staff and the applicant to return with follow-up on traffic, sewer service, parking/trash plans and interjurisdictional coordination with Seal Beach and the Joint Forces Training Base.
