The Marshall County Planning Commission reviewed proposed amendments to county rules for battery energy storage systems, voted to recommend the ordinance with a changed 1,000-foot adjacent-property setback and sent the recommendation to the county commissioners; the commission also elected Deb Johnson as president and confirmed several committee assignments.
