At its Jan. 21, 2026 meeting the Town of Fairfield Conservation Commission discussed a proposed model conservation easement and the 980 High Street easement, reviewed a new vehicle/equipment replacement plan, considered a draft natural resources inventory, heard extended public comment about closed trail access (Serenity Path/Old Dam Road), received updates on recent open-space acquisitions, and reviewed several wetlands enforcement actions.
