Fayetteville City Council met Dec. 16, 2025. The council approved a rezoning to allow a proposed Fayetteville Public Schools junior high at the Ramey site after extended staff presentations, technical Q&A and nearly three hours of public comment; the meeting also approved multiple easement vacations, several smaller rezonings, a short-term rental ordinance and a contract for design of a future animal services facility.
