Chair Amber Cameron called the meeting to order, led the Pledge of Allegiance and conducted roll call; board members present were Tony Reichenberger (first named), Matt Swanson, Carly Anderson, Amber Cameron, Michael Baumann, Kim Baker, Paul Carbone and Brian Thompson.
Lakeville Area School Board met Jan. 27, 2026. Public commenters urged inclusion of Small Wonders preschool teachers on the district master teacher pay scale; board conducted first reading of updated wellness policy, reviewed a budget update with concerns about a large insurance claim and a projected premium increase, approved changes to weighted grades policy, and approved a Playworks joint powers agreement for recess supports. Several policies were pulled for further legal/administrative edits and second reading.
