Fayetteville City Council met Oct. 7, 2025. Council approved a large planned zoning district (PZD 2025-2) for ~66.8 acres in Ward 4 after an applicant amendment, advanced and passed several annexation/rezone items, and voted to place an approximately $320 million infrastructure bond resolution of intent on the March ballot after extended debate about housing and an unsuccessful amendment to add a dedicated affordable-housing line.
