Horry County subcommittee reviewed a Rails-to-Trails rail-banking proposal from the City of Myrtle Beach, considered proposed enhanced buffer requirements for development, discussed park conduct ordinances and boating/ camping rules, received a road maintenance and resurfacing update including budget and fee scenarios, and approved several routine resolutions including road additions and project fund transfers.
