Corcoran City Council reviewed a concept plan for "The Springs At Corcoran," a 294-unit planned unit development by Continental/Evert Companies, heard neighborhood concerns about trails, trees, buffers and parking, and authorized staff to finalize a feasibility study and neighborhood meeting schedule. The council also approved a memorandum of agreement related to labor negotiations in closed session.
