The Allegan City Council held a special meeting where members discussed the residency of Councilmember Mike Zeder, adopted Resolution 25.28 directing staff and the city attorney to take next steps on eligibility, and authorized posting an application to fill the council vacancy with a deadline of Oct. 10.
