At a local planning recommendation meeting, Jeremy Pace, executive director of ICAST Alarms, requested a rezoning recommendation to allow a downtown recovery community center that would operate daytime/evening hours and not house residents; the board made a motion and seconded it and was informed the city council will have the final decision.
