Harford County delegation moved a bill (LR 2,048) to allow a two-hour extension of sale hours for class HC (health club) alcoholic beverage licenses to accommodate league play at membership clubs; the measure was moved favorable and passed the delegation unanimously after questions about scope, liquor-board signoff and training were addressed.
