Terre Haute City Council met on Dec. 11, 2025; council approved two resolutions to create a residential housing TIF allocation area and to issue redevelopment district bonds to fund infrastructure for a single-family neighborhood, reapproved a DORA ordinance with potential amendments, approved a rezoning for a storage/fiber-optic facility, passed multiple budget transfers and salary ordinance amendments, and handled routine business.
