The Fond du Lac City Council met Jan. 28, 2026. The council issued a proclamation recognizing Crossing Guard Appreciation Week, heard one public comment about a proposed 120-unit development, and approved routine business including two liquor license agent changes, a special-event alcohol waiver for the Sturgeon Spectacular (Feb. 13–15) and authorization to apply for a DNR recreational boating facilities grant for parking-lot sealing.
