Park and Recreation Commission of West Bend City met Jan. 29 to review park impact fees (presentation and consensus to pursue a recommendation to increase fees), consider Parkside 0 utilities and other projects, deny a proposed trail connection from a Rainbow Lake development, approve program fees and several fund transfers, accept conservancy donations, and hear routine staff reports.
