St. Petersburg City Council met for an April session that included proclamations for Arbor Day, Earth Day and Small Business Week; a public comment period with neighborhood safety and representation concerns; unanimous approval of several ordinances and resolutions; and council approval of a public–private housing partnership (Sky Town) that includes a $4.5 million forgivable loan for a workforce housing phase.
