The Medford Public Schools communications subcommittee met remotely on Jan. 28, 2026, to finalize a draft outreach plan for the MSBA high-school project, identify target audiences (abutters, parents, teachers, seniors, renters, students, alumni, businesses) and schedule community engagement. The committee voted (3–0, 1 absent) to allow staff to update the communications plan based on the discussion and submit it to the building committee for input.
