State Government & Tribal Relations Committee heard staff reports and public testimony on several bills including a constitutional amendment on legislative session lengths, exemptions to the Public Records Act for firearm permit/transfer records, exemptions for WATEC digital portal data, emergency meeting authority for counties, and conservation-district election reforms. Two bills were reported out of committee in executive session.
