The St. Pete Beach Board of Adjustment held a quasi-judicial hearing on three variance requests: (1) a driveway-access variance at 702 Passagrille Way (approved with a south-side buffer condition); (2) a request to allow a 6-foot fence on a through lot at 2814 Passagrille Way (denied); and (3) two tie-pole variances for a dock at 1982 West Vina Del Mar Boulevard (approved). Public comment was substantial on the first two items.
