At a joint meeting of the Terrebonne Regional Planning Commission and the Zoning & Land Use Commission, staff proposed clarifications to modular-home and accessory-structure definitions and recommended those modular homes be reviewed as special exceptions; the commission continued the public hearing on definitions. The commissions approved a minor subdivision (Track B2A, Village East outparcel) amid multiple resident complaints that construction of a nearby Tractor Supply caused flooding and property damage; staff said drainage plans and a detention pond were designed to handle the outparcel but engineering will follow up. The meeting also covered CDBG-DR wastewater master-planning work, Main Street streetscape and façade grants, routine approvals, and training reminders.
