Lititz Borough Council on Jan. 7 accepted a water and sewer rate study recommending 2.5% rate increases every other year beginning in 2026, approved two resolutions including a consent-agenda policy and a fee repeal, confirmed committee appointments, and discussed ongoing talks with the school district about a possible school resource officer.
