At a Carbon County Commission meeting, commissioners approved routine items including donations, contracts and appointments and spent the bulk of the time reviewing the county assessor's office after state concerns; an outside appraiser (Kevin) reported numerous data and process problems and commissioners described operational failures by the assessor.
