The Ketchikan Gateway Borough Planning Commission heard public testimony on multiple conditional-use and rezoning requests, postponed two housing conditional-use permits after neighbors raised parking and drainage concerns, forwarded a controversial rezone request from Ketchikan Indian Community with a recommendation of denial for part of the site, and approved a neighborhood-residential rezone and lot-line adjustment on Roosevelt Drive.
