Day two of the 2026 Utah Senate session included an invocation and pledge, roll call, a set of communications from the House, multiple procedural motions (including suspensions of the three-reading rule), debate and final passage of Senate Bill 30 (human trafficking amendments), presentations and votes on several bills passed under suspension, committee assignments from the Rules Committee, and adjournment until Jan. 22.
