West Lafayette City Council held a pre-council on Oct. 30 to review several upcoming ordinances and resolutions, including a proposed rezone with a developer commitment of 14 affordable studio units, an ordinance defining large data centers, and a debated managed-natural-landscape ordinance that was tabled to December. Staff and outside counsel answered questions; one formal motion (to table) was adopted by voice vote.
