Justin opened the Utah League of Cities and Towns midweek recap and introduced Alexa, a new policy analyst, who summarized recently dropped bills affecting housing, land use, school safety, critical infrastructure (gravel pits) and a transportation amendment requiring cities to plan connections where roads dead-end at canals. League staff said they will share updates in the Friday fax and at LPC next week.
